Quality Assurance
We strive to process and ship all orders promptly. Our processing time for all orders is within 3 business days of the order date. If your order contains a custom crafted item (i.e. Respite, Cloud Nine extra-strength, Apothecary Elixirs, etc), your order will ship upon completion of your custom crafted product. Once your order has been completed, you will receive a Tracking Confirmation email (if shipping) or delivery details.
Shipping
Your package will be in the carrier’s possession within 24 hours or the Tracking Confirmation notification. This is due to carrier cut-off times. Once in the carrier’s possession, you can track its progress using the link provided in the email. Additionally, most carriers offer tracking Notification update options. Check with your selected carrier for details.
Delivery
If you have opted for local delivery, you will receive a text message when your order is ready to be delivered with a delivery window. The driver will text you within 1 hour of anticipated drop off, and will keep you updated if the timeframe changes due to unforeseen circumstances
